Property Description

This wonderfull hotel complex consists of 236 apartments situated on the resort of Puerto Rico,right reside the Europa Shopping Center. The building is constructed on the side of the highest point in Puerto Rico, offering the most amazing panoramic views over the beach and water sport port. Access to this complex is from the top of the hill where all the communal and recreational facilities are centered. In 2008 an integral refurbishment programme was carried out on all apartments and part of the communal areas, to created a really modern, updated and practical installations. APARTMENTS 198 one-bedroom apartments, with lounge, bathroom and terrace 32 two-bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms, lounge and terrace. All the above apartments are perfectly equiped with modern kitchens including micro-wave ovens,vitro-ceramic hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. Lounges have additional sofa-beds, dining table, flat face TV via satellite (extra charge), telephone and fan. -6 individual rooms (no kitchen) with bathroom terrace and TV. All apartments and rooms have electronic safes which can be hired on request. Cleaning service is carried out 5 days per week, towels are changed 3 times per week and sheets twice a week. Baby cots are available on request free of charge BARS AND RESTAURANTS IN RIOSOL The Main restaurant offers guests half-board service (Breakfast and dinner) with a delicious and varied programme of theme nights. The Pool bar has an excellent menu a la carte for lunch or snacks. The bar lounge open until 01,00 H. Has an ample entertainment programme including professional shows and live music. There is a free wi-fi zone and pay internet connected computers. “Captain Haddock” pub is great for special events, for groups, couples etc, with live music or sports transmision. SERVICE AND INSTALLATIONS Reception has a 24 hours service, with money exchange, rent-a-car, telephone and internet cabins. Conference hall for up to 60 people Supermarket-bazar Automatic laundry The complex has two swimming pools fro adults (one of them heated in the winter) and a childrens pool with free sun-beds and umbrellas for guests. For sport fans we have a tennis court, gymnasium and basket. For children there is mini-club, children playground and a ample entertainment programme. The panoramic lift connects the apartments with the communal and recreation areas.
