When I arrived at the Homewood suites to check in on my reservation, somehow the system didnt show my reservation. I got scared thinking “oh no where am I going to sleep now”. Front desk CHEAYANNA calmed me down and try to help me. We waited for GM, BRANDY EARL to come in. She asked couple questions and she found a room for us to stay in. Because the suite was fully booked due to the volleyball tournament Brandy was really kind, she managed to find us a room to stay in. Thank you for the super awesome service both of y'all provided. I will definitely recommend this Homewood suit and the hotel is kept clean and beautiful.
