The reservation process went smoothly, and the front desk staff were very polite and greeted me with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again, though I hope the pool will be uncovered next time.

The Quality Inn is conveniently located at the corner of Hwy 65 and Battlefield. Lots of fast foods and fine dining within walking distance of hotel. There is a grocery store and cafeteria directly across street. We offer a complimentary hot breakfast which includes biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, asst. fruits, waffle bar, coffee, tea and juices. We offer a seasonal outdoor pool and spa, 24 fitness center, 24 business kiosk, free wireless internet. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. We have been commented as the friendliest staff in Springfield.
