We are just one block from beautiful Boston Common and the Public Gardens and two blocks from the beginning of Newbury Street which is Boston's best shopping quarter! The street begins with Burberry and Chanel and continues with stores ranging from Valentino to BCBG to Urban Outfitters. Also, we are surrounded by Boston's best restaurants – all either right outside our doors or within walking distance! The area restaurants vary in just about every taste and style – bistros and cafes, French, Italian, New England, Sushi, Spanish tapas, Mexican, acclaimed steak houses, sea food, fondue and deserteries! We also have bars and lounges attached to our hotel Statler Lounge, MJ O'Connor's Irish Pub.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and conveniently located in the heart of Boston. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The price is in accordance with location. The floors are secure, with elevator access limited to those who are patrons. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean, although a bit smaller than expected. The bathrooms are also clean and modern, but small. Our group was quite happy with out stay at the Boston Park Plaza.

The sales department, starting with Dory and ending with Kristie were fantastic, professional and helpful. The rooms were great and the history of the property was interesting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
