I was promised a pool and spa and received neither along with no help fixing the problem, had three babies with us when we arrived and they were expecting a pool and were crying the whole time had to rent a whole other room at a totally different location worst experience of our lives……. Could not even believe it, drove all that way to deal with that NOT FUN AT ALL!!
