We arrived to find out our room was double booked and we were not able to check in until the following day. They DID however provide us with accommodations elsewhere for the night and secured an early checkin the next day. THe room was very nice although we booked for five and found that they actually have no rooms (at least none availble to us) with more than two queens. We made due as the room was spacious and both AMBER and TINA went out of their way to mke sure we were accommodated. Both should be commended for handling a very unfortunate situation with grace and professionalism.
