When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly, polite desk clerk. She directed me to a convenient parking spot for my pickup truck/trailer and explained the various entry/exit points. The room was clean and quiet, everything was in order. Online checkout was smooth and I was back on my way after a good nights sleep.
