We noticed that the lobby and halls were sparsely decorated, but appeared to have been recently painted and recarpeted. Our double queen room was also freshly painted and refurbished. The toilet/ shower room was tiny, but clean. The main rooms vinyl plank flooring was cracked and squishy in spots. The bedding and beds were comfortable, but there were no hangers in the closet. We were not able to get the TV to display properly or get standard(non fee) channels.We were on the second floor and the sound proofing between rooms was poor. Also noise from people in the halls was loud. I have stayed at "nicer" Americinns.
