From walking in the door late at night on Tuesday, the front desk manager Jo Ann was accommodating and professional in every respect. My room was perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning in restaurant was excellent. Very good property for anyone but especially travellers for business.

I would not recommend this if you're going with a family. This was our last hotel after a week of exploring BC and Alberta and it was frankly the worst. We were here for five hours before our early morning flight. It was the only hotel that has ever charged us an extra $33 for our 12 year old kid. We booked a double Queen bedroom for four adults like usual, but we have a kid, like a lot of families. Just save your money and book somewhere else if you're a family as they don't accommodate! Bad experience for us, and an unfortunate end to our trip! ??.
