Property Description
Hotel Zed Tofino is unlike any other hotel, located in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia, Canada, is the ideal location for your trip to Vancouver Island's rugged west coast. We are conveniently located on the main road into Tofino, just a short drive (4.6 km) from the town center and a 7 minute walk from Chesterman Beach, one of Tofino's most popular surfing beaches.The hotel sits on 4 acres of beautiful old growth coastal rainforest with easy access to our private waterfront (located on the inlet side of the Tofino peninsula). There are easy walking trails on the property making this the perfect location to be fully immersed in the natural beauty that Tofino offers.Our hotel is super deluxe 1970's swank and our amenities are totally unique. We have 55 rooms with a number of different room types, ranging from our standard Zed 2 Beds with two queen beds to our King for a Night or Queen of the Sky rooms. Most of our rooms have lovely rainforest views and some even provide a glimpse of our private waterfront.Amenities include a sunken living room in the lobby to chill with your friends, Psychic's Den with a drop-in Tarot card reader, Mini Disco with interactive dance floor, Retro Office for taking care of business, a hidden 1980's arcade and a bike bath that goes right through the lobby.Our new restaurant ROAR (opening May 2021) - it's the waves crashing and raging flames. It's the roar of a rebellious nature. Escape to ROAR, where everything is cooked over an open flame with quality and local ingredients at the center of everything we do.We have pet friendly rooms designated (with additional surcharge), hitch a ride in our 1969 vintage Station Wagon, great free Wi-Fi, free parking and more.Coming soon: Beachside Provisions shop, Rumpus Room, Surf Shop, Rooftop Patio and barrel sauna and hot tub in the rainforest.
