The hotel clerk who checked us in and out was excellent. She worked both New Year's Eve night and New Year's Day morning. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed while showing kindness with both interactions. I wish more people could provide the customer service that she did. You all have a gem and I hope you are aware.
