Property Description

The Long Beach Marriott is centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange Counties with easy access from the 405 Freeway. We are just minutes away from Downtown Long Beach, Cal State Long Beach University, Long Beach Convention Center, Lakewood, and Pacific Coast beaches.All guestrooms are newly-renovated with the new Marriott "Revive" package. Interior corridors, rooms have individual climate control, telephone with message light, voice mail, LCD flatscreen TVs, AM/FM alarm clock/radio, cable movie channels, in-room pay movies, in-room coffeemakers, and high-speed internet. Upgraded Concierge level: Special accommodations, services, and privileges, including keyed floor access and special lounge. Guestrooms - "The Room That Works": Guest rooms specifically designed for the business traveler, but with amenities of leisure guests in mind. High speed internet in all guestrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces (lobby, etc).All banquet/meeting space located on one floor in close proximity to lobby. 6,000 sq. ft.
