OUR RESERVATION WAS TO INCLUDE FREE BREKFAST AND PARKING. HOTEL REFUSED TO HONOR BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY.MANAGER REFURSED TO CONTACT THIRD PARTY AND PUT THE ONUS ON US. PAID 30$ EXTRA FOR EARLY CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ANON SMOKING ROOM. ROOM WAS UNINHABITBAL DUE TO FOUL SMELL OF SMOKE. HAD TO SWITCH TO A ROOM WITH two QUEEN BEDS INSTEAD OF THE KING WE RESERVED. HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND OUR $30 EARLY CHECK IN FEE OR OFFER ANY COMPENSATION FOR OUR INCONVIENENCES. ROOMS ARE SHOWING AGE AND NEED REFURBISHING ESPECIALLY FOR THE RATES THEY ARE CHARGING.

I really didn't get to use much of the resort. It was clean. The pool area was nice. The restaurants I ate at were good. Although the staff at a few were apathetic and unhelpful. I don't gamble so no review for that. The hotel staff, parking attendant and security were great.

Book The Room got a confirmation for two queen beds for three adults got to the room it was one king bed my son and I slept on the floor my father slept on the bed the front desk did absolutely nothing to accommodate my stay.
