Room clean but I thought rate high considering there is no pool hot tub gym or elevator. The steps were hard to navigate. Did not accept AARP OR TRIPLE A.

The room was clean and the service was very friendly. When we needed extra towels, they delivered 6 clean towels within a matter of minutes to our door. The mini fridge is a good size, was clean and cold. The location was great. It's right off of HWY 23. Across the street is a strip mall of restaurants to satisfy every member of your party within sight, Black Rock Grill, Asian, Jets Pizza, a local Pizza place, a mexican place, tropical smoothie, Jimmy Johns and Heartland Brewery. CVS and Kroger's, along with Subway are within walking distance without dealing with traffic.

Convenient location right off the highway. Close to restaurants. A little noisy due to highway and large trucks. We chose this hotel because of the amenities however the indoor pool was closed “due to maintenance” until Friday morning when we were leaving and it curiously was repaired for the weekend. We felt that because we weren't charged top dollar we didn't deserve to use the pool. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional. I'm not sure if I would use again.

Food was great in the morning enjoyed that I'll be returning in November and I was considering staying again but heard the water was black in the pool. Found a juice box and trash left from whoever had the room prior to my stay. Appreciate your time in reading this Brenda.
