Akrotiri is a village that was buried with lava on the big volcano explosion. All the village was covered with lava and stayed untouched until the Archeologists found it. The Archeological Museum A really beautiful journey to ancient times and a lost civilization.. With the same ticket of the Prehistoric Museum you can visit them both! The Folklore Museum Just 15 minutes walk from the hotel, housed in a cave house built in 1861. Really nice!!
