The gentleman at the front desk, let me an adaptor for my cell phone and also delivered me a letter that I had dropped in the cab and he got it for me. That's the best service ever. Thank you.

I was very pleased to see how well kept and maintained the building and rooms were. Everything was clean and spotless. Complimentary coffee and tea were available throughout the day. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient location in downtown Toronto for a very reasonable price. Will definitely book at Pembroke Inn when visiting Toronto again.
