TownePlace Suites by Marriott Newnan opened in 2014. We offer studio and 1 bedroom residential-style suites offering 25% more room than traditional hotel rooms. Our rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen, Home Office work area, and free high speed internet access. We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Ashley Park shopping center and restaurants. We have an on site guest laundry facility, 24/7 fitness center, and In A Pinch market.

Green sustainability

Bed Linens: Our practice is to refresh bed linens weekly, but we will change them as often as you wish. Towels: Our practice is to change towels every day, but we also support our guests' desire to reduce water, energy, and use of cleaning products. Please hang your towels to indicate that you wish to reuse them. Dishwasher: In order to conserve water and reduce chemical use, we will only operate your suite's dishwasher if it is at least half full . Smoke-Free: We are committed to a smoke free policy.
