Hotel was really nice, elevators worked great, housekeeping brought us towels when we asked. Shower drain was slow in draining first day, we told them, they had it fixed in no time. Washer and dryer use was free, on like every other floor. Very clean and well supplied. Amber from housekeeping would text every other day to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend Polo Towers.

"Fix elevators and have more housekeepers."

You guys need to hire more housekeepers or something so that housekeepers can clean rooms every day like every hotel in the world does. This is literally the first hotel I've stayed at where apparently you have to schedule housekeeping services. Also, they need to fix some of these elevators. Apparently that's been an issue for a while as well. Having tourists waste precious vacation time over some broken elevators.
