From the 1st time I walked in until my last exit which was earlier due to some bad weather rolling in I can only say how impressed I was with the hotel. the staff, breakfast was outstanding the best "included breakfast" i've seen at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Super clean and more important SUPER QUIET halls and rooms.. maybe its tne neigborhood and clientele but lovely and restful and just made the stay. AND I cannot not mention the staff, from housekeeping to everyone at the desk, friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I remember June (its also my bday) but he helped when I first got there and that was great. started the visit with great start. AGAIN I'd give it 10 our of 10 the entire staff, hotel, location WOW! thanks.

Rep that checked us in left for the evening and had the other person to deal with this problem. She was difficult to work with, no maintenance person available to assist, overwhelmed being sole person at front desk and had to give us another room instead that had a TV that worked. After that all went smoother. Breakfast next morning at 9:30 was a mess. Eggs were in oven burned in some parts of it, coffee smelt a bit burned too. Overpriced room rate. Surprised since stayed at other Holiday Inn Express before and very disappointed at this location. Will not stay at another one in the future. Will look for other options.
