Wondering why my shower had a hair hidden behind soap, a men's black sock in the closet and smelled of men's cologne before we checked in at 11pm! Almost like my room was used before we got there, the hot tub was under construction, guess it's not a part of the amenities, asked for a refund due to all these issues, I have to go through the 3rd party. Part of it looks like an older hotel with some updates! People at front desk were great!
