"Allergy Nightmare"
Overall score2.0/ 5
We've been coming here for several years in a row and tonight my celiac disease daughter was fed gluten intentionally by a poorly trained staff member. My daughter is now very sick and he was smiling as we left even after he was reprimanded.

"Great fun, safe environment, well organized, clean."
Overall score5.0/ 5
Our three grandchildren had a wonderful time playing in the various water park activities. There were slides and activities for toddlers to teens and adults. The area was spotlessly clean and the lifeguards and staff were extremely attentive providing a very safe environment, despite it being pretty busy. There were many activities in the lobby to entertain guests and games for interested children and families to participate in. The miniature golf was fun for even the youngest since the holes sloped to the cup and increased the chance of getting a hole in one for even the most novice golfer. The food options were also good and not overly expensive for what you were getting. We were a little disappointed that we were told we were getting a kitchenette. The kitchenette turned out to be a bar fridge, coffee pot and a microwave. We had presumed incorrectly that a kitchenette would have included some cutlery and bowls but to be fair, we didn't clearly ask that ahead of time. Overall we had a great experience and our grandchildren would love to go back again next year.
