I found out I'd paid almost double the amount my friends paid. The room was far from soundproof. Noise half the night. And then the room service was knocking on the door early in the morning even tho we had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. 😟 I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband booked a room under the NDCHA for the 25th, rebooked a room for the next night using the same 701 phone number and it turned into expedia, almost double charged the room. rebooked for the next night three in total and went back to 127.00. really unhappy as my husband wouldn't know how to use expedia ever. How does the phone at the hotel get to expedia.

Staff were awesome! Front desk, day manager and night maintenance guy all went above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately our two rooms were on different floors when I was told they'd be close together on same floor. Air conditioner quit late evening so it was 75 and we couldn't sleep. Turns out the filter was plugged. Need some preventative maintenance. Sink is cracked. Sheets were dirty and lastly a metal panel in the ceiling of the elevator fell and hit my five year old on the head. No major injury, but still a problem. Both elevators in that building had missing panels or ones falling or taped. They have sharp edges and could seriously hurt someone.
