Our team members are not permitted to enter into any guestroom while the room is being rented, for everyone’s safety. Extra attention is placed on disinfecting the “touch-points” in the guestrooms as well; these areas include but are not limited to door handles, hangers, thermostat, remote control, phone, etc. Further, our team is being asked to hold a recently used guestroom for 24+ hours when possible, prior to entering and cleaning that room before the next guests’ use.
