Located in the Heart of Vernon, we are with in a 15 minute drive to Kal Lake, Okanagan Lake, Predator Ridge Golf Course, Spallumcheen Golf Course, the Rise, Hillview and Vernon Golf & Country Club. We are a 5 minute drive to Vernon's three arena's, including the Vernon Multiplex. We are a 25 minute drive to Silver Star Mountain Ski Resort.

Property Description
A TROPICAL PARADISE! Welcome to our fabulous three story tropical courtyard garden hotel. The lush garden features an indoor pool, whirlpool and a natural stream that runs through the centre of the hotel. We offer several different room types with the majority having two queen size beds. We offer rooms with king size beds as well as business class rooms featuring an oversized desk. We have three types of suite, one being our Signature Suite which features a full living room with a wet bar, king size bed with Jacuzzi tub for two in the bedroom and a granite bathroom with a glass shower. We offer high speed wireless internet access, fitness centre, room service, restaurant, sports bar, liquor store and ample free parking. We have Shaw Digital TV with a free movie channel.
We are a pet friendly hotel. We have pet designated rooms so please let our reservations department know you are bringing a pet. All pets must be registered at check in and there is an additional charge per night for your pet. We do allow up to two pets per room.
We can accommodate the smallest meeting to the largest convention with our 10 different styles of meeting space. We can hold up to 700 people which makes us the largest fully catered facility in the North Okanagan.

We are a 40 minute drive to Kelowna International Airport. The Vernon Airport shuttle has four scheduled runs per day. Taxi service is available. Cost approx.$75.00.

Our breakfast menu offer a variety of choices from your standard bacon and eggs, to omelettes and hash, eggs benny, as well as Belgian Waffles with fresh fruit and whip cream.

Cleaning Policies
In response to COVID-19, a few of the procedures we’ve implemented are: Increased cleaning schedules including ongoing sanitization of hands and hard surfaces after contact with each guest. High-touch areas are being disinfected continuously throughout the day. We are requesting that guests pay with credit or debit in lieu of cash whenever possible. All fitness rooms and pool areas have been closed. Our restaurants and cafes have all closed. Guests will be required to maintain a distance of 2 meters (6.5 feet) from the front desk. The lobby floor has been marked to indicate the recommended distance between individuals. Protective screens have been installed at the front desk. This area and its various equipment will be sanitized after every guest interaction. Guests will be asked to leave their room during housekeeping services to avoid contact with our employees. It is recommended that guests ride the elevator alone, or with a maximum of three family members at once.
