That means, you can experience the original charm of Prenzlauer Berg, as it is now almost impossible to find and at the same time enjoy the comfort of carefully renovated apartments. Please note, that there is no elevator in the house. The house is in Stargarder Str., just 200 meters away from S- and U-Bahn-Station Schönhauser Allee. The Stargarder Str. has recently become a trendy area, you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars and individual shops just in front of your door. At the station, there is a big shopping mall with several supermarkets and other shops.
