I held our quarterly meeting at the beacon and from the beginning, the service was excellent, starting with Nick Raoux the Sales Manager and Aric Ingersoll, Director of Catering and Special Events, to the staff at the hotel. The rooms were great, very big and airy, clean and very comfortable. The only reasons that I did not give it 5/5 were the following: The corridors were very "tired" and dingy. The cleaning service only did my room at around 4 pm and each day I had to leave my room as I came back around that time to rest a bit. The restaurant was not very good at all. My staff complained that the quality of the food was below par but otherwise, I will be back.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot, walkable to all the sights in DC or easy access to metro system. Staff is multilingual and very accommodating. I would book this hotel for my international groups again and again without hesitation!
