It was very unsafe with the robberies of car jacking and purse taking my families were horrific and afraid of staying but continue on with black mold found in bathrooms and water leaks in bathrooms had to move two families had to have approx. four families to wait for rooms overbooked from a previous guest from football teams,conference rooms not cleaned on Saturday had to find catering leader,no outlets in appropriate areas needed to use extension cords,very unorganized, poor customer service,no microwave /refrigerator in rooms for the price paid it should of had one or the other shall I go on it was horrible you definitely rated one the only highlight was the two transportation guys that was nice to take the families to the mall on Saturday morning g and day before help us bring in our items showing us where to drop off our items that was Joe Willie and Johnnie I admire them both had very good customer service!I need someone from corporate to respond to this review I will not return again to this location again due to this results that have been mentioned above.

I need the corporate office to return my call or respond back to this very horrific stay my family was terrified the whole weekend after the car jacking woman robbed at gunpoint then purse robbery then you have,security inside building not on their post very lacked then everyone complained a out their rooms for the price of $99 /night no microwave or refrigerator in their rooms very dissatisfied, leakage in room of black molds or water leaks in two rooms had to move two families poor customer service this was the worse hotel have ever stay at or had a family gathering at it was not was expected as well.
