Property description

Our motel has been completely remodeled in the last year to create a unique, fun,relaxing and inviting stay. Our furniture is made out of Okoboji Dock Wood, we've painted fun colors, placed gel pads on all of our beds, granite in our bathrooms and kitchenettes. We have 13 rooms that sleep 7-9 people. Most rooms have a kitchenette while every room has a refriderator and microwave. A perfect spot for a family reunion or convention overflow as we have a center area whichhas an outdoor swimming pool, fire pits, grills, picnic tables, horseshoes and carpet ball. Kids love taking our 4-6 people Surrey Bicycles for a ride on the bike trails. We are located 1/4 a block from the East Lake Boat Dock access and within 1 mile of all area attractions. Walking distance to area convention centers.

Green sustainability

We repurposed dock wood for our furniture and ask our guests to please hang their towels if they don't request a daily change and also change our linens every third day or upon each check out.
