We are adjoined to the 40,000 sq ft Victoria Conference Centre with 2 levels of versatile state-of-the-art meeting space. The Fairmont Empress handles all of the food & beverage and banquet service at the Conference Centre.
While golfing and gardening have become a way of live on Vancouver Ilsand, world-class attractions, museaums, galleries, shopping, vineyards and gourmet cuisine also delight visitors. Green sustainability
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts was founded on an enduring connection to the land and communities where we do business. In 1990, our Canadian hotels pioneered the Green Partnership program—a comprehensive commitment to minimizing our hotels’ impact on the planet, which was accompanied by a guidebook on sustainable best practices in the lodging industry.
