Anchorage Inn is located on Long Sands Beach in York Beach, Maine. There are 202 rooms on property including 28 Suites. There are three buildings: The Main Building in the front of the hotel runs parallel to the beach across the street and offers nice ocean views. The building is motel style with an exterior corridor and cars can pull up to the rooms front doors on the first floor. This is a stairs only building. Rooms have either 1 queen or 2 double beds.The Atrium Building runs perpendicular to our main building, and is slightly behind it. It is hotel style with an interior corridor and a long indoor narrow lap pool. Rooms have either 1 King or 2 Queens. Rooms have either very limited ocean view from the petite balcony or no view at all. This is a 3 story building and has an elevator.The Ocean Suites is an all suite building that has its own outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Continental breakfast is offered complimentary for guests of the Ocean Suites and happy hour is offered complimentary daily for 1 hr. The Ocean Suites have rooms with either 2 queens or 1 king and a sitting area with gas fireplace, sink, fridge and microwave. The sitting area also has a pull out couch. The sitting area is separated from the beds with a half wall; it is not a separate room. The bathrooms have glass showers and separate soaking tubs. Each room has a large private balcony and ocean views. This is a 3 story building an dit has an elevator. The Anchorage outdoor pool has a small slide for children, an Jacuzzi, and a kiddie pool. The indoor pool also has a Jacuzzi. We have a poolside café offering items to purchase for breakfast, lunch and a full bar as well. Our restaurant the Sun and Surf is located directly across the street and is surrounded on three sides by the ocean. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner in season (through Labor Day) and on weekends through November but their schedule is subject to change. The Sun and Surf offers groups clambakes, rehearsal dinners, morning after brunches and more!
