I booked over the phone. Charged way too many fees for a room that was not worth $224/night. 3rd party booking agency then had their cut and fees as well, namely the refund protection fees. Very disappointed and the front desk could do nothing about it.

Amazing place to stay at. Staff was friendly and very attentive. The buffet breakfast was a great plus to have on Sunday and that the hotel was surrounded by so many restaurants and the Broadmoor World Arena was a huge bonus! Also, being so close to I-25 was great as well. Will definitely be coming back.
