Hotel Jugoslavija is located on the front of the right bank of Danube River with direct view on the Great War Island and Kalemegdan fortress. Hotel was opened in 1969 and architecturally represents cognizable expression of ideological, esthetic and functional plan which was base for development of the socialist society of Yugoslavia.In the opening time it was the biggest and the most comfort hotel in the region with nearly 2000 beds. Hotel accommodates many official visitors and celebrity people. Some of the guests were: Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, Queen Elizabeth II, Willy Brandt, Tina Turner, Nil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin etc.Today, Hotel Jugoslavija is still one of the biggest hotel- business property in the Serbia. In Hotel Jugoslavija complex you may find hotel, business- commercial area, 5 restaurants, fast food restaurant, congress and banquet halls with capacity up to 700 people.In the central part of the complex dominate one of the biggest crystal chandelier in the world with 5.000 bulbs and with weight of 14 tons, made by Italian producers of illumination Angelo Casoli.For all hotel guests parking and Wi-Fi are FREE. Hotel reception is on your service 24 hours.Famous Belgrade flouting boat restaurants are just across the walkway and very close all city attractions.
