Big difference on what is on shown in photos verses reality. Rooms advertised as deluxe with air conditioning and bath, but it was not what we got. Manager said air con in hall? Food was also not up to standard.

Thanks Belinda for the feedback on your stay. We apologize for any inconveniences. I wish you would have mentioned the bath tub issue in your booking so we could have given you the executive rooms for they are the ones with baths. We provide fans on request for air conditioning in rooms of which we provided to one room that had requested. For the installed A/C, I had informed you we have it only in the halls. For the meals we can expand more on it though. I will be in touch with the chef to look into it so that we avoid complaints. Thank you so much once more. I hope to see you to sample our improvement on the said issues.

Hillcourt resort & spa is one of the newest and modern hotels in the County of Nakuru. The resort which was opened in mid-2012 is located in a quiet and serene environment, off the Nairobi-Nakuru highway near the Highway Tuskys supermarket and behind Triton petrol station. We are ideal for conferences, seminars, luncheons, cocktail parties, business & executive board meetings, group retreats & family vacations. We have 3 fully equipped conference rooms, dining room, a health club, a swimming pool, a clean and serene guest lobby and a private resident lounge, ample secure parking & 46 spacious rooms with a bed capacity of 60 guests. The rooms comprise of standard singles & double rooms, twin rooms, superior deluxe & executive rooms, all tastefully furnished, complete with flat screen LED televisions connected to premium satellite cable TV & high-speed wireless internet. We offer complementary mineral water, writing pads, hot water bottle (on request) and luxury customized and branded toiletries in all our rooms. In addition to that, our spacious superior deluxe and executive rooms are equipped with state of the art safes, in-house coffee making facilities, fruit baskets/cookies, tastefully furnished and carpeted sitting area, luxury bathtubs, bathrobes and slip-ons, turn down services and complimentary shoe polishing. Our proximity to the Hyrax Hill makes the 10 minutes' walk to the museum a great excursion. Our meals are deliciously prepared in African and continental cuisines both served in buffet and a-la-carte menus. We also offer special diet menus on request. We are glad to offer our hotel for consideration as a suitable destination for all your hospitality needs.
