The reservation agent who helped us was informative and very polite. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at the property due to it closing because of the corona virus. I would however recommend this property for the simple reason that they were very helpful on the phone and that speaks volumes to us when a problem arises. We will rebook this hotel when it is open again. Great job with Customer Service and Hotel employees. Joan O'Reilly.

The location is great. The several slides, pools and activities for kids are great. The pool areas were very clean and not an over powering chlorine smell. The rooms were very spacious but the beds were not very comfortable. The temperature in the room was either arctic or hot, we couldn't get it just right. The day we arrived the room was not ready. Once we were in the room and getting settled it was very late. As we climbed in bed we noticed crumbs. The sheets had not been changed from the previous visitor. The next morning we called for room service as the "do not disturb" sign was up. The staff was NEXT DOOR (just missed them) and they told us oh we are not cleaning your room. We had to call twice that day to have someone come up to empty the garbage, change those sheets and replace towels.
