We were disappointed with the conditions of the rooms. The televisions were old, A/C units were dirty and broken, remotes for both TV and A/C did not work. The property looked old, tired and worn. The breakfast choices were limited and the juice dispensers were either not working or empty. The toilets did not flush well. We also asked for a hide away bed for one of our guests four days before we arrived and were given the run around why they couldn't get the roll away before 11 p.m. (shift change) With a request four days prior to its need, a request could be given to the housekeepers and on Saturday morning when the rooms were cleaned, they could have rolled a bed into the room without compromising the front desk help. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone unless some changes are made.

Property Description

We have 76 Indoor Coridor rooms. This property was completely renovated in 2008 inside and out. We offer a deluxe continental breakfast each morning,which includes biscuts, gravy and saugage. Fitness Room, Outdoor pool, Free wireless internet, Business Center, Mini Mart, and Meeting Space for up to 16 people. We are located the the junction of I55 & I40, just 10 minutes from downtown Memphis, on the Arkansas side of the Mississippi River.
