The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel is one of two- five star properties with actual direct beachfront access to the exclusive Monarch Beach nestled in the Beach Bluffs in Dana Point; overlooking the Beautiful California Coastline. There is a small steep hill down, less than a quarter mile walk down a paved walkway but the property offers complimentary golf cart service to all is guests. This is a full service hotel property with 396 rooms, there are 30 fireside ocean view rooms and 32 rooms located on the club level. All guest rooms have some sort of view: Ocean views, partial ocean view or courtyard pool views. Some of the most requested rooms, are those with a balcony (the 2nd floor and higher with full ocean views) or with a secluded patio area with a fire pit & complimentary smores kit (first floor with full ocean views).
This is a very well laid out hotel property that overlooks the gorgeous Pacific Ocean, for the majority of the time that the guests are on the hotel's premise and offers a resort-like ambiance.
There is plenty of meeting space available both indoors and outdoors, that can accommodate small groups of 10 to large events for 500 people. The property also a few restaurants on property to meet the culinary taste of its guests. There is a great Spa and Beauty salon on property, a full service Spa and workout facility. There are 2 outdoor pools on property, a designed family-kid friendly pool and a smaller more secluded pool for adults and couples needing a quieter and more relaxed ambiance.
This property is less than a quarter mile from the beach and Pacific Coast Highway. Downtown Dana Point is only 2 or 3 miles south from the hotel's location. San Clemente is only a 15-minute drive. The closet freeway is the 5 and the Ortega Highway 74 is only a few miles north of the property.
It is ideal for leisure groups with size-able budgets: families, family reunions, weddings, business meetings, corporate incentive travel, conventions, associations, and groups requiring large functional meeting space.
