I had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and was delighted to see the upgrades and changes. The room seemed brighter, the cooling/heating system was fine. There was a working microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator that were in fine shape and seemed new. The complimentary breakfast was much improved, featuring waffles, juice, biscuits and more. The wide screen TV had a ton of channels. The staff cared a lot about their guests' visit and took pride in their hotel. This is definitely my Austin home away from home :)
