It was average for Homewood Suites. I have been in better. I have been in worse. No water bottles in the room to drink. Room had an unusual smell. And the front desk representative did not smile or greet me warmly. This was disconcerting because at other Homewood Suites, the staff always greet me warmly.

had a great stay at motel only problem when we booked the room we were not told we would have to pay for parking we were told the only fee we were responsible for was the room rate and booking fee plus tax which was 166.?? when we arrived we were charged 3o.oo for amenities when we checked out we thought it would be returned back to us because we did not use any amenities. instead the employee who checked us out said it was for parking not amenities I think this is very wrong to mislead a potential return guest.

We have enjoyed our stay with Homewood Suites Nashville Vanderbilt. We came for medical appointments at Vandy and arrived the day it was supposed to snow and have record setting low temperatures. Just the opposite from the staff from valet to front desk: it was sunny and warm! Everyone had a smile and helpful attitude. We used the shuttle to go to our appointment and return to the hotel. It was prompt pleasant and safe. We plan to come back to Nashville for a getaway weekend not involving a medical visit and we will definitely be staying at Homewood Suites Nashville Vandy on our return. Great job all!
