"FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE VERY RUDE."

After calling the 800 number to check in early, we arrived only to find out that was not communicated to the front desk. The woman at the front desk acted like it wasn't an issue, certainly not her problem and that there was nothing she could do. Thankfully, her manager came in and fixed all issues for us and found us a room. Later that evening, I spoke to a friend who had the same problem with the same woman that day. My friend however decided to go across the street and stay at another hotel where she said they were excellent. 2 key notes: the 800 number is not communicating efficiently with the front desk. The woman at the front desk should not be in the front of house. She has no customer service skills.

The people were very pleasant. The was nice. The bathroom was recently redone, which is great. However, the workman didn't finish the job. The new insulation and shower unit edges were exposed. (No trim work was done) The caulking job was less professional. Other than taking too many visits to the front desk to get wash clothes and hand towels the place was nice. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant greatly.
