Local Stay is year-round hotel peacefully embedded in the skirts of three mountains – Rila, Pirin and Rhodopes. Surrounded by beautiful nature, with its unique decoration and style, the hotel is an ideal place for work, rest and relaxation. Providing an incredible connection with nature, the hotel promises an unforgettable experience for every guest. The name "Local" comes from the concept of authenticity and offering something real and distinctive... and has nothing to do with the “all inclusive” tourism. We are place with attention to the details. A lot of creativity, love and harmony have been put into every corner of our complex. The little things make the big picture! This is one of the concepts we follow on a daily basis.
Total number of apartments – 51/14 studios, 25 one-bedroom app, 8 two-bedroom app, 1 three-bedroom app/. Amenities in our apartments and studios - Central heating, black-out curtains, table and sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, electric kettle, cable TV, Refrigerator, Balcony with table and chairs.
Services and amenities - Transfers from/to Sofia airport, Plovdiv, Thessaloniki, Free wireless internet access throughout the hotel, Laundry and dry cleaning / on prior request, Reservations Department, outdoor parking - 100 spaces. In the complex there are 2 restaurants - "Cava"/it offers Spanish and Bulgarian cuisine/ and "Chao"/Vietnamese cuisine/, in addition to the restaurants we have Lobby bar, Cigar Lounge, Kids club, Co-working area, broadcasting and meeting room, Yoga space, Relax zone/Jacuzzi, Steam bath, Finnish sauna, Salt Room, contrast showers, Finnish sauna, Warm armchairs, Gym, 2 massage studios and outdoor swimming pool open only during the summer season/.
