I had a great time with my three grown kiddos and teenager. We booked this hotel so we could all have a relaxing fun night to be together and celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. The gentleman who checked us in, was great, wonderful customer service! My tribe LOVED the cookies! Downside, the hot tub never reached a real "hot" temperature nor did the jets seem to create any bubbles, the room also wasn't fully cleaned we never ate popcorn yet there was popcorn in several parts of the room. I didn't complain felt I would just roll with it. LOL Breakfast was good, except my tribe stated the eggs were very watery and the gravy had an odd taste. Thank you for great customer service!
