I was there for the Tom Jones concert. The staff at the front desk and the restaurants were great. A huge shoutout to Steven, one of your front desk employees. He was friendly, outgoing and very informative. The hotel overall is a great place to stay especially when attending an event being out of town like I was. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

At check in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Chip who was very polite and professional. He explained the layout of this awesome hotel casino event center. The room hotel was clean and orderly and I enjoyed my stay immensely.
