Booked a king bed/two doubles for my wife and I via a travel agency. Showed up to the hotel and were given a room with a single twin bed and charges 80GBP for a room that could accommodate both of us. Upon speaking with the manager he said "this is not our problem". Horrible customer service.

Haxells Restaurant & Bar is the perfect place to enjoy great food, cocktails and more in the heart of London.
