House keeping is non existent. There is dirt and garbage under everything, including someone's flip flops and a condom. At least it wasn't used. The hot tub doesn't work. We reported it. The staff (michael) said first priority this morning. An hour later I called and asked. He said….”as far as he knew it was working “ I said so it got fixed? He said uhhhh….and realized he was caught in a lie. The Wi Fi works in the lobby, but not on the 3rd floor. He said it doesn't work on some tablets. What a stupid thing to say. Clueless and again lying. Housekeeping never came to our room even though it was requested. Very disappointing. We had good experience in the past. Management needs to get their act together. Breakfast was great As was breakfast staff.

The building maintenance was not bring done. For instance, paint chipping everywhere you looked, wallpaper peeling in our bathroom (431) and there was a mildew smell in the room. Finally the breakfast was barely edible.
