When I arrived at the hotel, it was determined that I had booked the room for the 18th instead of 17 January. It was after a long bus ride from San Francisco and I didn't have anywhere else to stay. The receptionist was not helpful not friendly offered no solutions And basically left me with no alternative for any place to stay.
