I was told we would have a mobility access room, we did not. Said that they were now doing full breakfast, they were not. Found beer cans under the bed. Pool access was right next to the room and even though it had a sign to please use the other door it was taped open and people came and went it including housekeeping who must have had a bad day because they literally slammed it every single time. Some of housekeeping did not wear masks even though required. Expected more quality for 174.00 a night and it being Best Western.
