Management was aggressive and rude. Cleanliness was unsanitary and unkept Someone banged on my door late at night shouting racial discriminations. I'm a single woman and was met with total humiliation and bias by Billy, the manager and desk personnel upon asking for a refund. I was unable to to sleep and didn't complete. I was refused a refund. I intend to pursue this lawfully. SHAME ON HILTON.
