We attempted to stay at this location on Thursday June 19th. We had to leave hours after arrival due to the following: 1. The air conditioning units in neither room worked. The room temperatures for both rooms were 80 upon arrival. After three hours neither room had cooled at all. 2. Both rooms had cigarette smell in them. Obviously previous guests had smoked in both room. Our daughter has severe allergies and affected her breathing. 3. We noticed bugs in both rooms. Our son believes he saw bugs in their room. We would like to be, if not fully, partially refunded refunded for both rooms.

Savvis Center, Busch Stadium, The St. Louis Arch, The St. Louis Convention Center, and Magic House are all just 5 miles from this hotel, and Six Flags Amusement Park is an easy 40 minute drive. Red Roof Forest park is renovated and nestled in the heart of "The Hill”, a famous Italian neighborhood featuring St Louis' finest Italian restaurants from gourmet to home-style bakeries.
