The room we reserved was different then the room we were given. Ice machines not working, dinner was staffed by one single individual, was told parking would be discounted and it was not, set up to receive housekeeping and no one came to clean. Basically all services were slow or non existent and their word/promise was never kept.

We did not stay at the Embassy Suite. My husband had an life threatening emergency procedure. When I called to cancel, I was told I would be charged anyway for the one night stay. I will never book on this website again and shared my experience in a group email. Thank you.

Upon arrival for check in, they had no room ready for me until about 40 minutes later. The bathtub had not been cleaned properly and there was hair in the tub from the previous occupant. The guests in the room next to me were noisy half of the night and nothing was done about it. They offered me a chance to change rooms, but that was not the problem. I cut my stay short and left a day early. All in all I would not stay at this hotel again.
