Property description

The Boathouse is located right in the heart of "downtown" Kennebunkport. Accommodations are housed in two separate buildings: the main hotel (located above our restaurant) has 12 waterfront guestrooms and suites. The Wharfside building is just across a little footbridge and is a separate walk-up building with an additional 13 modest accomodations. The Wharfside building has no elevator, so it is not handicapped accessible. All rooms are non-smoking and no pets. Rates include WiFi access and daily continental breakfast.
